Legacy Comics Portfolio: Allan Lewis
Wednesday, August 13th, 2008
Well, I got my weekly soapbox out of my system yesterday so let’s buckle down with seeing some art work now. By the way, read my post from yesterday again. I just went back and clarified a few points so there will be no doubt where I stand.
Here’s few samples of Allan Lewis artwork. Allan
helped us out early on with issue’s 1 and 2 of The Humants. Allan’s style was influenced some by Rob Liefield and some of the other soon to be Image Comics founders. I have not heard from him in years and have not seen his work anywhere else. Maybe he went into Engineering or Architectural Design, he was very good with technical details.
Here Allan has illustrated, very skillfully I might add, Blaze, The Mediator on the left and his logo in the upper right corner. Below that you see his awesome rendition of a character you will see in the very next issue of Project: New Man #3 known as Cyber-Tech. That’s coming up in just a few days as #2 is wrapping up this week! Stay tuned!
